To facilitate the submission of flight plans, pilots, aircraft operators, and designated representative agents are kindly requested to use the AviWeb Portal by clicking the button below and logging into their account.
For first-time users, please click "Request Registration" on the AviWeb Portal and complete the required information in the registration form.
Registration requests will be processed within five (05) working days from the date of receipt.
The registration will only be considered complete upon confirmation from the Viet Nam Aeronautical Information Center (VNAIC).
Once approved, VNAIC will send an email to the registered user containing login credentials.
