Currently, Vietnam's Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) products include:

To order Vietnam's AIS products on an annual basis (from January 1st to December 31st), please refer to the following procedure:

Step 1:  Request to Order AIS Publications 

Customers wishing to order AIS publications may contact the AIP Division via email, phone, fax, or in person at:

Customers shall complete all required information in the "Order Form for AIP" issued by the AIP Division.

Step 3: Process Payment 

Within one week of receiving the Order Form, the AIP Division will fax or email a Debit Note indicating the amount due. Customers may consult the Debit Note forms below:

Step 4: Receive Invoice and Publications 

Important Note: Subscriptions are valid on an annualy basis only (from January 1st to December 31st).Therefore, by the end of November each year, the AIP Division will email the renewal "Order Form" to all current customers. If you wish to continue ordering AIP publications for the following year, please fill out the required information and submit it via email, fax, or airmail to the AIP Division no later than December 31st. Please proceed with payment as ordered to ensure uninterrupted service for the coming year.
